What do you do as a Client Director Events at The Oval Office?

We help brands connect with people and create lasting, meaningful connections. With impact. For real. As a Client Director Events you will drive the biggest live communication projects together with the colleagues and the customer. You will join a team of approx 50 enthusiasts that want to create the most memorable experiences. 

More specifically:

• You advise customers on how to create real connections with their audiences in order to reach their objectives.
• In collaboration with the Production Director, you bring together the right colleagues in the project team, from strategists and creatives to the production heroes. You are end responsible for the quality of our proposals and realizations.
• You will follow up the financials with both customers and the finance team. You will look for new business opportunities at new and existing customers and become the BFF of our customers to create long term relationships.
• You will lead a team of accounts, mentor, guide and coach them on projects on a daily basis, and help them grow. You actively promote a fun and fair workplace.
• You are part of the Belgian leadership team and support the international strategy. You will report directly to the Managing Director Belgium.
• You are a true ambassador of The Oval Office, inside and outside the agency. 

Who are you professionally?

• 10+ years of experience in leading big corporate events.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong commercial and communication skills. Result driven.
• Structured, with an eye for detail.
• 5+ years experience with people management, balancing people and business.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, also in writing. Fluent in French is a bonus.
